I want to make some changes in my life, I say, Your behavior tells me that youre not making the changes you need to make. In other words, your behavior will tell me. In part one, John shares nine observations about the nature of problems and problem-solving. Maybe a little bit of useful, but Im going to tell you, learning without application is not growth. A commitment that is not public is worthless because let me tell you something, we all have a tendency to stray. It became much more substantive than guesswork.
